Madden has an obsession with taking off his shoes and socks when we go for a car ride. Even if its a 2 minute trip to the store - those shoes and socks are off and could be ANYWHERE in the car. I guess they are the closest thing within his reach!
Mariah has been cracking us up with her funny faces this week. On many different occasions we did all out photo shoots of her posing and making silly expressions. This girl - always up to something! :)
Mike cooked up a yummy Easter dinner - beer-brined chicken. So good :) I'm glad he enjoys the cooking and grilling, so I can stick to the baking!
I whipped up some treats this week - including Stuffed Peppers, Apple Breakfast Cake and Tomato Crostini Appetizers with Whipped Goat Cheese. Maybe, just MAYBE, I will get around to posting these recipes sometime in the future!
Moby is one busy and playful puppy! The debate is out on whether he is more work than a newborn - he is definitely more difficult to keep track of! ;)
We are still working on his potty training skills, but he is making strides in the right direction.
On the positive side, the kids WEAR HIM OUT so when the kids go to bed this pup passes out, too!
Mariah and I had a discussion one night about her upcoming birthday. I explained to her that before she blows out the candles she needs to think of a wish. I told her she could start thinking now so she'd be ready, but she can't tell anyone.
Then she blurts out "I wish for a bubble blower!!!"

FRIDAY - March 29th

| The kids' day care was closed Friday - so I stayed home with them and we worked on some fun projects together |

EASTER SUNDAY - March 31st

| We woke up bright and early to see what the Easter bunny brought |

| The Easter bunny also hid eggs around the house - Madden was the first to spot an egg and dig right in :) (Didn't even have his pants on yet!) After church we played!  |

We also took the kids and Moby for a quick stroll around the neighborhood!
Moby found his favorite place in the back of the stroller :)
The kids even took the mustang for a spin!
It's safe to say that the day ended up with more than just one tired pup!
