This is the easiest cookie bar recipe ever!
Easy Funfetti Cookie Bars
1 box funfetti cake mix
2 eggs
5 TBSP butter, melted
Mix ingredients in a bowl and spread in a 9 x 13 pan. Batter will be thick, so spread it out with a spoon or your hands. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes. Careful not to overcook, as you want them to be soft! Let cool and cut into bars.
I can only imagine how many other combinations might work with this.
I'm thinking chocolate cake mix with chocolate chips?
White cake mix with m&ms?
